Información
En el siglo XX se creyó que lo importante era controlar la Información. Sin embargo el que podemos llamar La Transformación Search o “gran descubrimiento filosófico de principios del siglo XXI” consistió en sacar a la luz una relectura de esta idea, que es la que sigue:
- lo esencial no es controlar la Información sino intermediar la Información.
Internet es el lugar donde se da Información, y, al mismo tiempo, Información en sí misma.
Se define Información en relación a datos del siguiente modo:
- La información es conocimiento basado en los datos a los cuales, mediante un procesamiento, se les ha dado significado, propósito y utilidad.
Por ejemplo, pensemos en un río. Un río es una corriente natural de agua que fluye con continuidad. Siendo el agua la Información, la existencia del río es necesaria para que fluya. De ahí que podamos sostenemos que la Información es Significado Internet en tanto hay un Sujeto Search.
La Transformación Search se puede pensar a la luz de dos genitivos:
